Short Statement:
The changes in burden resulted by the number of Loss Assessment Reports received which vary from year to year based on the type of disaster and funding that are linked to counties having been declared a disaster area. Changes will continue to occur as a result of number of Secretarial natural disaster request received which themselves could result in an adjustment upward or downward of respondents. The program change is a bookkeeping change due to removing two IC's.
