The request to exempt this collection from the expiration date display requirement is denied. Approved for only one year due to lack of GPEA complaince. OMB is pleased to see USCIS is developing a means of accepting electronic submission of the Form I-589 as part of the Business Transformation Project. USCIS may be eligible for a full three year extension once this form has been included in that initiative and the electronic filing option is publicly available.
