The increase in hour burden of 103 hours results from an increase in the estimated number of advisers that will be subject to the requirement of completing Form ADV-E under the amendments to rule 206(4)-2 and the additional collections of information resulting from the amendments relating to filing Form ADV-E when an independent public accountant performing the surprise examination terminates its engagement.
