Short Statement: New collection of information being implemented pursuant to Executive Order 13496, "Notification of Employee Rights Under Federal Labor Laws" as implemented in the Department's Final Rule for 29 CFR part 471. While there is no burden associated with the third-party disclosure requirement contained therein (i.e., the employee rights poster) as the language for the poster is supplied by the Department [See 5 CFR 1320.3(c)(2)], new burden hours do result from the posted procedures for employees to file complaints of alleged violations of rights provided to employees by the Executive Order.
