Abstract:
The information will be used by the EPA to identify HMIWI subject to the emission guidelines and ensure that the guidelines are being met. Records and reports are necessary to enable the EPA to identify facilities that may not be in compliance with the guidelines. Based on reported information, EPA will decide which facilities should be inspected and what records or units should be inspected at the facilities. The records that facilities maintain will indicate to EPA whether facility personnel are operating and maintaining the equipment properly.
