Abstract:
This information collection covers the collection of information from Gas pipeline operators for Incidents and Annual reports. This request is being submitted to OMB to add the Annual Reports for Gas Distribution and Gas Transmission (both unchanged)which were inadvertenly removed in the last approved submission for this information collection. This submission also includes updated incident report forms/instructions. The updates include the expiration dates of the information collection and revised e-mail addresses. On the Distribution incident report, a number fix was implemented under Question 4.
