Short Statement:
The burden for the Standard Forms 424, LLL and 270 have been removed from the inventory as the burden for these are calculated in other non-FEMA collections. The burden for FEMA Form 20-10 is removed as Standard Form 425 collects this information. The burden for the detailed budget worksheet has been added as an administrative financial collection tool and the burden for the uploading of attachments to the ND Grants System has also been incorporated into the collection. There has also been an increase in the burden for the remaining forms due to an upward revision of respondents for the HMGP program which increased the number of respondents from 52 to 56.
Annual Cost to Federal Government:
$10,885,692
