Abstract:
BOEMRE uses the information to analyze and evaluate the data collection to ensure that planned well-completion operations will protect personnel and natural resources. BOEMRE uses the analysis and evaluation results to approve, disapprove, or require modification to the proposed well-completion operations. Respondents are Outer Continental Shelf Federal and oil and gas or sulphur lessees and operators.
