The program is required to receive new information that will be used by HUD to authorize and account for all CA and O/A staff that will have access to the EIV system. As a result of this required change, there has been a slight increase in respondents and burden hours.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
