The total burden hours will decrease by 18,832 burden hours (67,610 hours minus 48,778). The program change is due to consolidation of multiple tracts and practices on new forms, FSA-848, 848A, and FSA-848B and continuation sheets and CCC-901 and CCC-902I; elimination of use of CCC-526 and FSA-849; and reduction in use of AD-245, AD-245B, and FSA-18.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
