Short Statement: Based on the respondent data from fiscal year 2010, total burden was changed from 767 (previous submission) to 670 to accurately reflect the total number of applications that the Program should receive. We estimate that there will be approximately 2,010 applications for permit requests per year as opposed to the 2,300 that were previously approved.
