The Agency is requesting a decrease in burden hours from 30,282 to 20,957 (a total decrease of 9,325 burden hours). This decrease is a result of a drop in the number of construction worksites from 2.43 million to 725,199. This ICR does not entail a change due to a PRA violation; the OSHA requested and received emergency extensions for this collection.
