Short Statement: The change in total burden hours is attributable to the incorporation of HUD's 2010 policy priorities into the FUP rating criteria, an expansion and refinement of criteria to be evaluated for FUP applications, and an adjustment to reflect that reporting and recordkeeping are only associated with respondents who selected to receive funding and not all applicants
