Short Statement: During the FY 11 competition, the Department is not holding an evaluation competition and removed requirements pertaining to the evaluation competition from the application package. This resulted in a reduction of 100 total annual hours. The removal of the evaluation requirements is the only change to the application package impacting burden. The number of respondents and responses has not changed.
