Short Statement: This revision describes a program change. Amendment 37 to the FMP would establish provisions in 50 CFR part 680 for up to ten annual, specified participants in the Western Aleutian Islands golden king crab fishery to apply for an exemption to the West region delivery requirement. There are no changes to any of the other requirements in this information collection.
