Abstract:
This collection is required in compliance with U.S. export regulations. The information furnished by U.S. exporters provides the basis for decisions to grant licenses for export, reexport, and classification of commodities, goods and technologies that are controlled for reasons of national security and foreign policy.

This non-substantive change transfers OMB Control Number 0694-0129 into OMB Control Number 0694-0088 Simple Network Application Process and Multipurpose Application Form. OMB 0694-0129 consists entirely of specific supporting documentation for an export license and OMB 0694-0088 already includes supporting documentation for an export license. OMB 0694-0129 will be deleted when this request is approved.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
