Abstract:
This information collection (1006-0005) contains the RRA forms specific to certain types of landholders who must complete and submit the corresponding RRA form as a condition for the receipt of Reclamation irrigation water. LandholdersÂ’ submittal of RRA forms is required by section 206 of the RRA and 43 CFR 426.18 of the associated Acreage Limitation Rules and Regulations.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
