Abstract:
The purpose of the information collection requirements are to verify compliance with regulations that provide protection for workers from the adverse health effects associated with occupational exposure to coke oven emissions. Employers must monitor worker exposure, reduce worker exposure to within permissible exposure limits, and provide workers with medical examinations and training.
