The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is adopting amendments to its existing regulation and one new regulation regarding Commodity Pool Operators and Commodity Trading Advisors. The adopted amendment will, among other things, rescind the exemption from registration provided in 4.13(a)(4)of the Commission's regulations; rescind and exclusion from registration under 4.5 of the Commission's regulations; and require certain registrants to file annual notices claiming relief
