Pursuant to the issuance of a notice of proposed rulemaking revising 41 CFR part 60-741, this information collection seeks approval of a new OMB Control Number for the recordkeeping and third-party disclosure requirements of 41 CFR part 60-741 that are subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
