There is an statutory increase of 760 hours and 80 responses for the new Energy Efficiency loans under the 2008 Farm Bill. The adjustment decrease in responses and hours is a result of correcting a calculation error on the spreadsheet in the previous submission for the Compliance Assurance Form 266.
