Short Statement:
a. The currently approved annual hour burdens are 76,864 hours. This submission requests 55,072 hours. The difference is a program decrease of 21,792 hours. Due to the split of BOEMRE on October 1, 2011, the regulatory requirement and ensuing hour burden for § 250.1011, Bond requirements for pipeline right-of-way holders and Form BOEM-2030, OCS Pipeline ROW Grant Bond, now reside in BOEM § 550.1011, OMB Control Number 1010-0050. This resulted in a program change. b. The currently approved non-hour cost burden is $1,914,617. This submission requests $1,824,851. This represents an adjustment decrease of $89,766 due to re-estimating the number of annual responses times its non-hour cost burden.
Annual Cost to Federal Government:
$1,789,840
