OSHA is proposing to decrease the existing burden hour estimate for the collection of information requirements specified by the Standard from 1,475,091 hours to 1,433,443 hours, a total adjustment decrease of 41,648 hours. The decrease is based upon updated industry data.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
