Approved as revised by DOL with the following terms of clearance: (1) Prior to fielding the full study, DOL will brief OMB on the results of the pilot and any changes to the instrument or methodology. Depending on the extent of the changes, DOL may be able to submit revisions via a nonsubstantive change request. (2) As agreed, DOL will take care in reporting the results of the survey to caveat appropriately any conclusions regarding compliance are based solely on respondent's perception and not actual compliance with relevant labor laws.
