To collect information required to administer the watch duty- exemption and watch and jewelry duty-refund program under Pub.L. 97-446, as amended by Pub.L. 103-465, Pub.L. 106-36, and Pub.L. 108-429. The information is necessary to prevent abuse of the program and to enforce laws.
