Short Statement:
The total burden for this collection of information has increased by 4,399 hours from the last approved submission. The increase in burden is due solely to adjustments. ****Please see the table attached in the answer to question number 15 of the Supporting Justification for a detailed itemization of adjustments. Total adjustments increased the burden by 4,399 hours and by 111,791 responses. The current OMB inventory displays a total burden of 3,655 hours, while the present submission exhibits a burden total of 8,054 hours. Hence, there is an increase in burden of 4,399 hours. There is no change in burden costs to respondents.
