Short Statement:
Increase in burden is a result of combining the Community Outreach (0563-0066) collection into this package renewal and an increase in the number of applications. There is a program change decrease of -2,173 hours attributed to discontinuation of a program for lack of funding and discontinuation of two forms. Information from the forms is no longer necessary because they report the information in a validation system developed by NIFA.
