Short Statement:
The burden increase for this collection is due to restruturing of survey questions to include additional burden hours to complete and gather information for this data collection. There is als a burden decrease due to removal of not-for-profit organizations for the AFG program and removal of the Staffing and Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) grant collection, considering SAFER grants are authorized separtely from AFG and FPS, therefore SAFER have separate appropriations that are not contingent upon AFG and FPS.
