Abstract:
Technical Assistance and Continuing Education Centers are required to conduct needs assessments of state vocational rehabilitation agencies and their partners in their regions, create workplans to address the needs they identify, and evaluate the technical assistance and continuing education provided to address those needs. This guide establishes the requirements for, and information to be reported about, those activities.

Short Statement:
The TACE Centers will no longer submit their data collection via the Internet through the RSA Management Information System (MIS). The Centers will begin inputting their data collection, needs assessment, and workplan information into an Excel spreadsheet and will begin uploading and submitting it online through G5, the Department of Education's Grants Management system. In addition, the TACE Centers will be required to submit their workplan annually instead of semi-annually.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
