Short Statement:
Adjustments affecting burden calculations: ARRA youth tribal funds are no longer accounted for, and youth data collection has reverted back from monthly to quarterly, and the grantees now total 122 instead of 127, with a concomitant loss of participants. Funding for the grant program has also been reduced over the past three years, also resulting in fewer participants served.
