Short Statement:
Since the last submission, RBS no longer utilizes this package; therefore there is a program decrease of 77 responses and 231 burden hours. In addition, over the three years there has been an increase in borrowers. In addition to 10 appeals, Reponses have increased from 54 to 220 and hours 108 to 220. The changes result in an overall increase of 166 responses and 322 hours.
