The adjustments are increases in number of respondents, total annual burden hours, and cost burden. Changes to the collection are due to agency estimates and implementing RIN: 1140-AA43 that requires legal entities to submit names and home addresses of all responsible persons, fingerprints, photographs, law enforcement certification, and background investigation.
