To simplify the ICR process, we are adding Rule 17a-4(b)(11) to the larger information collection Rule 17a-4 in its entirety, and will discontinue ICR 3235-0506 for Rule 17a-4(b)(11). This will add 315 hours additional hours to Rule 17a-4.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
