Short Statement: Adjustments were made to the number of responses to accurate reflect the increasing the number of TEDC grant applications submitted per year, on average, from 20 to 26 applicants (resulting in an annual hourly burden increase from 800 to 1,040 hours). In addition, IEED decreased the progress reports submission from quarterly or twice a year, reducing the annual hourly burden from 60 hours to 27 hours.
