We estimate that the burden associated with rule 204-2 will increase from 1,769,138 hours to 1.986,152 hours due to the increase in the number of SEC registered investment advisers. We have increased our estimate of the number of advisers subject to the rule from 9,750, to 10,946. We find that the non-hour burden associated with rule 204-2 will decrease as we currently estimate it to be $0.
