Short Statement: With the discontinuation of form FSA 1237, there is a program decrease of 300 responses and 425 burden hours. However, with the adjustment increase of 39,340 responese and 9,618 hours accounting for changes in respondent figures, the net adjustment increase is +39,040 responses and + 9,193 hours.
