Abstract:
The form documents the release of tobacco products and cigarette papers and tubes from Customs custody, and the return of such articles, to a manufacturer or export warehouse proprietor for use in the United States. The form is also used to ensure compliance with laws and regulations at the time of these transactions and for post audit examinations.
