Short Statement:
Due to a decrease in the electric program borrowers since the last submission, there is an adjustment decrease of 6 burden hours from 109 to 98. In addition, a slight adjustment in telecommunications borrower distribution among certain forms because of varied construction activity over the past reporting period, contributed in small part to the reduction in burden.
