Short Statement: FTC staff has adjusted upward the estimated annual hourly burden, almost exclusively because the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA), which has assisted the FTC in estimating the compliance burden for multiple prior clearance renewal estimates, revised upward this time the compliance burden estimates. Additionally a small factor in the increase was more estimated garments annually in 2014 than in 2011.
