Short Statement: Job Corps centers' enrollment has been reduced from approximately 44,000 in PY-12 to 38,000 now. Therefore the corresponding number of respondents has been reduced, with the number of completed interviews declining from the previous OMB submission - from 53,323 total respondents to 48,300 total respondents. Consequently the burden on respondents has correspondingly declined from 11,440 hours to 10,240.
