Abstract:
CBP Regulations Part 163.2, 163.3, 163.4, and 163.5 provide for which records are to be maintained and which parties are required to keep those records. The regulations also provide for a voluntary record keeping compliance program available to all parties who are required to maintain and produce entry records.
