Abstract:
49 CFR Part 44707 authorizes certification of civilian schools giving instruction in flying. Information collected is used for certification and to determine applicant compliance. The information on FAA Form 8420-8, Application for Pilot School Certificates, is required from applicants who wish to be issued pilot school certificates and associated ratings.
