Short Statement: We are reporting 9,453 responses totaling 788 annual burden hours, which is an adjustment decrease of 207 responses and 17 burden hours from our previous submission. This small adjustment is because the current burden hour is based on a revised, updated, and slightly higher response rate (2009–2013 response rate 89%; Naves 2015a:19–21) as compared to the previous submission (80%). A higher response rate translates to a smaller number of households that need to be contacted to achieve the sampling goal.
