Short Statement:
There is an adjustment increase in the total estimated burden hours and cost as currently identified in the OMB Inventory of Approved Burdens. This increase is not due to any program changes. The change in the burden and cost estimates occurred because of a change in assumption. This ICR assumes that all existing respondents will have to re-familiarize themselves with the regulatory requirements each year. There is an adjustment increase in the total estimated capital and O&M costs as currently identified in the OMB Inventory of Approved Burdens. This increase is not due to any program changes. The change in capital and O&M costs occurred because this ICR uses updated labor rates for contractor labor related to capital and O&M costs.
Annual Cost to Federal Government:
$48,100
