Short Statement: Based on a recalculation of the time and resources required to complete the grant applications, the program office recognized that they had overestimated the time necessary to complete this grant application. As a result, the time to respond has been adjusted from 150 hours per response to 100 hours per response. The total burden hours decrease of 2,500 hours is due to this updated information from respondents and is considered an adjustment.
