The revised total annual collection of information burden for rule 0-1 and Form ADV-NR is estimated to be 36 hours. This burden represents a decrease of 11 hours from the current approved burden, which is attributable primarily to the fact that fewer investment advisers have filed Form ADV-NR in recent staff experience.
