The total respondents and Federal cost burdens have decreased significantly because of the elimination of certain application and review criteria (Rating Factors for the Lead Hazard Control Grant Program an Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration Grant Program applications; there is a slight cost of living based increase in the hourly wages.
