Abstract:
This collection of information is in support of 42 CFR Part 84, which provides for evaluation of respiratory protective devices intended for protection against hazardous atmospheres. This collection allows applicants to provide information about their ability to consistently produce respirators that meet the requirements described in 42 CFR Part 84. This request for a Reinstatement with Change results from an increase in the number or Respondents who apply for respirator approvals.
