Abstract:
FCC staff members, State Historic Preservation Officers ("SHPO"), Tribal Historic Preservation Officers ("THPO"), and the Advisory Council of Historic Preservation ("ACHP") use the data to take such action as may be necessary to ascertain whether a proposed action may affect sites of cultural significance to tribal nations and/orhistoric properties that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register as directed by Section 106 of the NHPA and the Commission's rules. Please see the non-substantive change request justification for the reason behind this change request submission.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
