Short Statement: As noted in the summary on page 1 of this document, FRA is requesting an extension without change by OMB of its previous approval. Upon a complete and thorough review by agency subject matter experts, FRA believes that the burden hour estimates that it previously submitted are still valid. The total burden requested for this collection of information is 18,865 hours and 4,868 responses requested. The total burden for this information collection previously approved was 18,865 hours and 4,868 responses. Hence, there are no changes or adjustments at this time. (Note: As shown at the end of the answer to question number 12 of this document, the dollar equivalent cost for the requested 18,865 burden hours comes to $1,342,750.) There is no change in cost to respondents from the last approved submission.
